[octave forge] matgeom 1.2.2 released

Dear all,

This is a new release of the matgeom package mainly fixing
administration issues and documentation.

MatGeom is a library for geometric computing in 2D and 3D.
It contains several hundreds of functions for the creation and manipulation
of 2D and 3D shapes such as point sets, lines, polygons, 3D meshes, ellipses...

Details can be seen in the repository [1]. Note that Octave matgeom
1.2.2 corresponds to matgeom 1.2.1 + developments
