I have all these packages installed except libsundials-dev and
libqscintilla2-qt5-dev. My package manager only shows libqscintilla2-dev and
libsundials-serial-dev, which are installed. Perhaps my problem is that I
need to upgrade from Debian Jessie to Stretch so that more recent packages
are available to me?
