Dear users,
I would appreciate you support explaining how to plot a polar plot with zero facing north and angles in clockwise direction. I need it to create a wave-rose in Octave.
I tried without success to rotates the axis using the command view([90 -90]) but without success. When I run it my polar graph disappears.
