Where?  We need step-by-step instructions...

1.  double click on ...
2.  type "pip install sympy"

If I remember correctly i did
pip install sympy
from inside python.

I don't normally use windows, but a friend wanted octave and sympy on his windows machine.
 I have only done this once  :-)
