Error while submitting exercise using submit() at CLI

Greetings!

When we are submitting exercises i am getting error as below.

octave:19> submit()

warning: addpath: ./lib: No such file or directory

warning: called from

    submit at line 2 column 3

error: 'submitWithConfiguration' undefined near line 45 column 3

error: called from

    submit at line 45 column 3

Please help resolve the issues.
