Can anyone help? When using octave-gui.exe the command window cannot
be scrolled up so that the flashing cursor goes below the bottom of
the window.
This a a new behaviour since the latest windows 10 update and occurs
on at least 5 octave versions since 3.8.2.
If this is the wrong list for this sort of question I apologise and
would appreciate a pointer the the right list.
