Saving plot from Octave increses noise level

Hello,

I have tried plotting data using plot and plotyy, in both cases, irregardles
if I save the graph using print or "save" from the figure window the file I
end up with appears to have increases noise level compared to my actual data
set. 

Is there some smoothing od the data done automatically when plotting or why
does my figures look different?
