Hi Randy, 

first of all: just wait a bit and try again. It might be a temporary server
issue.

The problem is not directly related to Octave. It seems that a ghostscript
download failed. I will try to help you but I suggest to move the discussion
to https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-science/issues. Feel free to add
"@schoeps" to your description to ensure my attention.
