Yes, I have noticed that in the corner of matlab pages. But there's not a nice compiled function reference list. It would require spidering all the function docs and parsing those dates. Is that how "missing functions" package worked? Out years might be easier once a baseline was established. Release notes could be enough if they provided a parsable "new functions" list.
