I have execute "make V=1":

uic -qt5 -o libgui/src/ui-settings-dialog.h 
../octave/libgui/src/settings-dialog.ui
Unknown option 'qt5'.
make: *** [libgui/src/ui-settings-dialog.h] Error 1

I remove -qt5 from UICFLAGS in Makefile. This error disappeared.

If installing qt from source, real uic exists in the PATH.
Therefore the build system should consider the case that real uic in the PATH.
