nasty warning

I’ve just updated Octave (to 3.8.2) and fltk using MacPorts, I’m running OS X 
Yosemite 10.10.5. I now get multiple copies of this dire-sounding message each 
time I draw a plot:

Oct  9 17:43:45 Victor-Hanbys-iMac.local octave-cli-3.8.2[13313] <Error>: 
CGContextAddLineToPoint: invalid context 0x0. This is a serious error. This 
application, or a library it uses, is using an invalid context  and is thereby 
contributing to an overall degradation of system stability and reliability. 
This notice is a courtesy: please fix this problem. It will become a fatal 
error in an upcoming update.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
