Simplest way is to save your plot to SVG and then edit it with
Inkscape (graphically) or any text editor (svg is like xml).
Until now, I do not know how to show unicode characters in printed
plots directly from Octave.


​Use cairo-based terminal (pdfcairo, pngcairo, epscairo).
