RE: io package doesnt load 4.00

Downloading and installing the io package from Octave Forge eliminates the 
warning. 
(I haven't actually tested the package to see if it works.)  The io-2.2.7 
package as
distributed with the Windows version of Octave 4.0.0 seems to be missing 
functions
that are in the io-2.2.7 package on Octave Forge.  Specifically, the warning is 
generated
when the io package is loaded due to a missing chk_spreadsheet_support 
function.  
Others appear to be missing as well.
