Hi everyone
a new release of the communications package [1] is out, version 1.2.1,
by Mike Miller.
A summary of important user-visible changes is also available online [2].
The communications package provides Digital Communications, Error Correcting
Codes (Channel Code), Source Code functions, Modulation and Galois Fields.
