GNU Octave + Installer

Hi:

 

My name is Michael and I work for a telecommunications company called Rogers in Canada.

 

Part of what I do is review hardware/software exception requests.

I have a request from an individual to use Octave Installer (http://mxeoctave.osuv.de/).

Since this individual works for Rogers, I need to know what the policy is for using this software in a commercial/business environment.  Is it permitted by the Octave organization?
