Trouble building 3.8.2 for Fedora

I note that there have been attempts to build Octave-3.8.2 for Fedora 21  
and 22 for about a month now,  
(https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/octave/builds) without success.
I keep my eye on this so that I can get the src.rpm package and then do a  
local build (rpmbuild --rebuild).
Does anyone have any idea why the 3.8.2 release is proving so difficult to  
package for Fedora?
