For Windows versions use octave.sourceforge.net. The latest
"official" version is 3.6.4. If you want to play with 3.8.2 you
can get an installer from http://octave.osuv.de/. I have tried
it and it works on Windows 7 64 bit. The IDE is nice and I did
not find any bugs yet.
