According to the octave manual, the functions of cdiv, rdiv, and rsum are not
implemented on octave.

I found rdivide
Built-in Function: rdivide (x, y)
Return the element-by-element right division of x and y. This function and x
./ y are equivalent.

Is the above the same as rsum that you indicated?

Please describe the features of cdiv and rsum. 
Without them, no one can reply for your question.
