Hello,
I have installed octave with Cygwin on windows. And it works.
But if I install any octave package with Cygwin (like octave-signal),
the packages can't be found by octave:
octave:1> pkg list
no packages installed.
They are there in D:\cygwin64\usr\share\octave\packages\signal-1.3.0 and
D:\cygwin64\lib\octave\packages\signal-1.3.0\x86_64-unknown-cygwin-api-v49+
But they can't be loaded.
Also, the doc command is not avalible.
Did I miss a step?
Or could this be a bug in the Cygwin octave-signal package?
