About the missing of Non-linear equation files

To whom it may concern,
 
Recently, I downloaded the octave-3.6.1-vs2008-setup.exe and installed octave on my PC, however, I found that there are a lack of non-linear equation files, such as NLEqn.h, NLFunc.h. So I write this email to you for some help: how can I get these files and make them work with vs2008?
