i am new in octave and i want to install qt handles in octave to create gui in octave.i already install octave3.7.2,visual studio 10,qt4.7 and i downloaded Qt handles jar file but i dont know how to configure all these thing.
so plz tell me the step-by-step process how create gui using qt.
