This feature is not yet installed in emacs.

Could you do the following:

1. Save http://bpaste.net/raw/RRvZT8vdSKvo9dl7Lm1A/ to octave.el
2. M-x load-file to load it.
3. Open octave/3.6.4/m/linear-algebra/logm.m

which should give you something as shown here
