Free quadratic programming m-file?

Hi all,

Is there a good, free version of __qp__.oct somewhere?

I want to try using sparsity respecting functions and ARPACK functions 
(eigs()), but I would like to start with as much working code as possible (I 
am so not an expert in optimization....)

I will probably use __qp__() code transcribed into m-code if I need to, but I 
would rather not.
