I just use a standard text editor to create m-files on my android phone.  You can use the 'cd' command at the octave prompt to change to the directory containing the m-file and then just enter the basename of the m-file.  (Alternatively you can use the loadpath command and/or startup files so that Octave can find the m-files automatically.)

Subject: Trapped on my tablet

Greetings
I have a QBEX slim pad 7".
It comes with android 4.
I did download the terminal emulator suggested on play store and then downloaded Otave.
Finally I did download droidplot.
The website says I can program like MatLab and even load MatLab programs on Octave.
I read the pdf manual for Octave, but I can´t find instructions on it for:

1-Programming, editing and saving the programs on Octave
2-Loading codes for octave built-in programs.
3-Loading programs genertated in MatLab that are located in the microSD card loaded in the tablet.

Please help me with that.

Thanks a lot
