Yes I was using that link.  I filled in all the mandatory fields in the form 
(as well as filling in the original submission text box) and attached the three 
m-files I posted here.  When I clicked on the submit button I got no response 
(actually clicking submit caused the name of the first file attachment to be 
cleared).  There was no error message and my browser (IE) stayed on the same 
page.  Maybe it was telling me I couldn't upload attachments?  I was no where 
close to the upload size limit.
