Yeah, trouble much. I reinstalled octave (core and others) just to find out
it won't graph with gnuplot anymore:

why reinstall ?

/octave:1> plot(rand(10,1))
       4 [main] octave-3.6.2 3384 child_info_fork::abort:
C:\cygwin\bin\cyggcc_s-1.dll: Loaded to different address: parent(0x2E0000)
!= child(0x260000)
error: popen2: process creation failed -- Resource temporarily unavailable
error: called from:
error:   /usr/share/octave/3.6.2/m/plot/private/__gnuplot_open_stream__.m at
line 30, column 44
error:   /usr/share/octave/3.6.2/m/plot/__gnuplot_drawnow__.m at line 72,
column 19
octave:2>/

reinstall needs rebaseall

I would like to say that I have no words to describe how grateful I am for
everything you guys have done to help me out.
As I need octave/scilab working almost on a daily basis, I think I'll
downgrade to octave 3.2.4, which was working perfectly on my Windows 8.
Thank you a million!

Regards

Márcio
