using lookfor produces the expected results, but during execution the
following two OS error messages appear. quick search on the bug tracker
didn't pop anything up:

likely the binary packager missed the fault in the source package.

after clicking OK on both, it completes execution and displays what I
think are the expected results:

if you do not need the tsa pkg, just unload it.
