"Linux usability problems" makes no sense.  Linux has no user
interfaces, so "usability" does not apply to it.

If you mean to suggest improving the usability of the GNU system for
ordinary users, GNOME developers are trying to do that.  But that is
unrelated to this issue.

    I.e. you have conveniently omitted my mentions of user
    experience. You have to understand that users value convenience
    much more than ideology.

I've been campaigning for free software for almost 30 years.
So which is more plausible?

  1.  I don't know the first thing about what users think.

  2.  I know, but I don't draw the conclusions you expected,
      because of some other difference between my ideas and yours.
