Ah, thanks. There are two possible patches it seems to make sense to use:

file #26729:  my.patch
file #26537:  octave-fftfilt-2012sep11.patch

There are only a few differences between them. Which one should I use?

I put 26729 there to make the tests more robust by replacing hard-coded tolerances
with tolerances that account for the size of the test numbers;  you should see no difference
except possibly with test('fftfilt')
