are you on a GNU/Linux system? If so try adding 
/home/hous/workspace/zamp_siebmodell/trunk/core/build
to the value of the environment varable LD_LIBRARY_PATH:

export 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/home/hous/workspace/zamp_siebmodell/trunk/core/build
