CSV Files

Hey All,

I'm not too familiar with Octave, but I need some help with a dataset.

I have been given some datasets, all in a.csv format, however one is in a
.mat format. 

I was wondering if there was a way to convert it to a .csv or maybe a .xls
file as I am unable to see the datasets tables.
