you have a good chance to have destroyed your base system by having this
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.2/repo/oss/

12.2 will be released in a few months but you added that beta repository
to a stable 12.1 version, why did you do that?
It looks like you simply borked your xorg-x11 libraries at least partially.

It will be a major pain to repair this system.
