Permission denied installing package

Hello

Installing a package in Octave-3.6.1for Windows VS2010 I get the following
error:

couldn´t create installation directory ...3.6.1\m\pkg\pkg.m : Permission
denied

error: called from 'pkg>copy_files' in file ...3.6.1\m\pkg\pkg.m near line
1563, column 7

error: called from:

error: ...\3.6.1\m\pkg\pkg.m at line 869, column 5

error: ...\3.6.1\m\pkg\pkg.m at line 383, column 9
