i think there is a bug with the way it is implemented in octave. in matlab
'PixelValues' — p-by-1 vector, where p is the number of pixels in the
region. Each element in the vector contains the value of a pixel in the
region.
whereas in Octave i don't get the actual pixels but instead region number
that pixels belongs to.
can anyone confirm this and tell me way around it. I want to get the actual
binary image pixels belonging to that region
