Gui-Octave compile octave/config.h: no file

Hello!!!

I prepare article into russian about Octave, and compile GUI-Octave

hg clone --rev gui http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/
cd octave
hg update -C gui
cd gui
qmake-qt4
make

And catch error

In what may be the problem?
