GSoC 2012 application submitted

I have submitted the following application for GSoC 2012:

We can still make amends for almost two weeks until the deadline on
March 9. If there is something there that you would like to modify,
please make those changed and let me know so I can copy the changes
over to the application. We will know on March 16 if Octave is
accepted as a mentoring organisation or not.
