Request for documentation on octave-ocs package

Hi,

I have found that ocs package is intended for solving DC and transient electrical circuit equations and the function reference is at http://octave.sourceforge.net/ocs/overview.html
But I am unable to understand the inputs that have to be given to the functions and how to use them.
Can anybody provide information on how to simulate an electrical circuit using ocs.
