| Hello I'm trying to install Octave on a WinXP machine, I have not used it before. What I have done so far is ... (1)Goto the http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/download.html (2)Copy the file octace-3.4.3.tar.gz locally and extract it (3)There is no files my PC recognizes. I was assuming there would be a setup.exe or an install.exe. Amos |
