The license says, among other things:

- I see the word "permitted".

Above it I see:
"
Copyright (c) 2010, Jonas Lundgren
".

So, Jonas Lundgren has already given the permission by writing his name in the 
license.

Mathworks is welcome to prove that this file used by somebody else was 
downloaded from their site.
