Octave + Android

Dear Friends,
I was surfing on the Internet and I was reading about the possibility to install Octave with Android. My idea is to use octave with my cell phone and my tablet.
So, I found the following link,

and my questions are,
1. Is there a better option Addi?
2, How can I install a particular toolbox?
