I haven' t noticed a problem with printing greek characters.
Please tell us ...
(1) What OS you are running?
(2) What version of Octave you are running?
(3) What version of Gnuplot is installed?
Also, it would be helpful if you can provide a short script that reliably
produces the incorrect result for you. That way we can try to duplicate the
problem.
