Correction and notes

For windows XP, history file is saved at C:\Documents and Settings\(user 
name)\.octave_hist

For windows 7 and vista, execute cmd and type 'set' and see 'USERPROFILE' 
environmental variable. This may give you a hint where '.octave_hist' is.
