"can't open dynamic library" warning when installing pkg miscellaneous-1.0.10 with octave-3.2.3 on Mac OSX 10.4.11 PowerPC

Hello,

I installed sucsessfuly the latest available binary of octave for a  
Mac OSX 10.4, which is the version octave-3.2.3.

I now try to install the pkg signal, which needs the pkg  
miscellaneous. The latest pkg which works with octave-3.2.3 is  
miscellaneous-1.0.10. But when i try to install it the following  
warnings ocour:

octave-3.2.3:5> pkg install -global miscellaneous-1.0.10.tar
/usr/libexec/gcc/powerpc-apple-darwin8/4.0.1/ld: warning can't open  
dynamic library: /tmp/deps-ppc/lib/libftgl.2.dylib referenced from: / 
Applications/Octave.app/Contents/Resources/lib/octave-3.2.3/ 
liboctinterp.dylib (checking for undefined symbols may be affected)  
(No such file or directory, errno = 2)
... (and many more warnings)

I tried the installation with and without the -global option.
