testing octave-3.4.0-3 on cygwin snapshots

Hi,

some time ago, we found that cygwin-1.7.9 broke plotting on all
Microsoft systems

the workaround, at least for XP, was to revert on cygwin-1.7.8.

The last cygwin snapshots 2011-06-01 on
http://cygwin.com/snapshots/

solves the problem for XP, but I am looking for someone to test on Vista and W7.
