resample is part of the signal package (octave-forge) not octave. If
you want to know where it is installed in your computer, run 'help
resample' and it will say on the header. Mine says:
`resample' is a function from the file
/usr/share/octave/packages/3.2/signal-1.0.11/resample.m
If you want to know where in the source is the file, you won't find it
in the octave repository (it's octave-forge
http://octave.sourceforge.net/ ). You can browse the code here:
http://octave.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/octave/
The resample code is in octave/trunk/octave-forge/main/signal/inst
