I don't know if you have found the dependency packages for having native 
graphics, but
I found if I've installed the following packages , it would not give the 
annoying information that "
WARNING: I didn't find the necessary libraries to compile native ... ...".

The dependency packages on ubuntu system are:
libgl1-mesa-dev
libgl1-mesa-swx11-dev
libfltk1.1-dev
