rlocus command - graph plot appear unless than a second on the screen and disappear immediately

I have countered some problem when I use the command "rlocus" to plot the root locus.

 

The graph plot pop up on screen and less than a second the graph disappear.

 

Is there any possible for the graph plot to stay on the screen?
