colormap and NaNs

hi all,
I often use pcolor or imagesc to visualise matrices and I find very
convenient to have NaNs say, in white, while with the jet colormap
numerical values go from blue to read.

I'm now running version 3.2.4 and something seems to have changed,
NaNs are shown as the smallest values (i.e. in blue with jet).

Is there a way to change this and define a colour for NaNs?
