I just took a quick look through.  It looks good, and reads well.  Two comments:

1. Hyperlinks would be appropriate.  For instance, linking the Table of Contents
    would make it easy to go to where you want.  And, when you get to it, a hyperlinked
    index will be needed.

2. On pages 6 and 7 most of the graphs have no xlabel, ylabel, or title even though
    you mention that these functions exist.  Graphs with axis labels or titles are not
    good practice.

Any how keep up the good work.  This looks very useful.
