Hi
I am a PhD research student in RMIT university Melbourne Australia. I am very
interested to compare the Matlab and Octave in Video Processing toolbox. I
download the windows version from your website but unfortunately I encountered
an error during installation on Win. XP. I would be pleased if you guide me
how can I install it on Windows and inform me the ability of Octave in Video
processing. For example list the function that Octave use in Image/Video
processing.
